Tuna, Coleslaw and Pasta Salad (Not Low Carb)
Pasta salad with bagged coleslaw and Rio Mare tuna, mayo, s&p, Aleppo chili flakes. Not a low-carb meal, but my only meal of the day. Happily today the scale read 112 pounds, so this recent experiment with pasta doesn’t seem to have affected my weight.

Asian Salad Kit on sale at Walmart. I added diced salami sausage and chopped eggs. And I actually used the crispy, carby wonton noodles and the seed-oil-based salad dressing that came with it. What?! Yep, living on the edge in maintenance mode! LOL (It was really yummy!)
