Luncheon Meat, Oven-roasted Veggies

Oven-roasted vegetables and canned Tulip luncheon meat from Denmark ('cuz I forgot to take meat out of the freezer). The vegetables were really delicious: radishes, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, yellow pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper.
