Beef and root vegetable stew. Reminder, I am on maintenance, hence the carby veggies. [UPDATE: Weight is still very stable, even with a few extra carbs. I weigh 114.8 pounds this morning, down a bit from my usual 117 pounds.]

Ground beef/pork mixture sautéed with a shallot and a cheesy broccoli side dish from Walmart. Plus, two fried eggs.
Beef stew made with marinating steak, onion, carrot, rutabaga (Swede), turnip. I added 1/2 cup rice to this portion. Caesar salad on the side. Lots of flavour! I am on maintenance, hence the carbs. So far so good, weight-wise.
Not pretty, but very tasty! Leftover tofu in peanut sauce sautéed in ghee with hard-boiled eggs and a small purple yam. Baby tomatoes added for colour and to get them used up. I’m on maintenance, hence the purple yam!
Beef stew that I had in the freezer. There are a few bits of carrot and potato in this stew, and I served it on half a cup of rice. Not particularly low-carb, but, as I’m on maintenance, I think it’ll be okay.
Salad: lettuce and red onion; topped with sautéed (marinated) tofu, sausage, and yellow/orange peppers; peanut/soy sauce used as marinade, cooking sauce and salad dressing; garnished with chopped peanuts. Very nice meal!
English banger sausages, Chicken Verde frozen entrée from Walmart used as a side dish. Really yummy!
