Mussels and mashed bacon-and-cheddar cauliflower. Oh so yummy!
Broccoli with a little butter, lamb meatballs, mashed bacon-cheddar cauliflower (12 gms of carbs).
Shredded Romaine lettuce and thinly sliced red onion, topped with leftover Mediterranean cauliflower rice (refried), Chinese sausage (10 gms total carbs), scrambled eggs and Asian salad dressing (from a salad kit). This was absolutely delicious!
Asian salad kit (used half the dressing and chucked the wonton strips, but did use the sliced almonds); lamb meatballs. A fairly light meal.
Sloppy Joes with meat and veggie sauce on a low-carb bun (9 gms total carbs); Avocado Ranch salad kit with a few little corn chips (they came with the salad kit; I cannot buy corn chips or I will eat the whole bag!).
