Steak, cabbage fried in bacon fat with onion and hot sauce, baby heirloom tomatoes. Very tasty and filling, too!
Scrambled eggs and kippers, baby heirloom tomatoes, bean sprout “noodles” sauteed with a little onion, bacon and soy sauce.
Such a simple, but delicious meal. A package of frozen mussels takes only minutes to prepare. Totally low carb and so good! Also very, very nutritious!
