Green Giant Mashed Cauliflower: Cheddar with Bacon
A delicious substitute for mashed potatoes is mashed cauliflower. Now Green Giant has a couple of frozen versions: 1) cheddar with bacon and 2) garlic. I can buy these in Safeway and Save-on-Foods here in Vancouver.
