Leftover Meat and a Small Potato

One chicken thigh, two English banger sausages, four bacon “purses” and a small buttered potato (~28 g carbs) cooked in the microwave. I am on maintenance, hence the little potato. A lovely, easy meal, as the meat was all pre-cooked and just needed reheating in the air-fryer!

Cheeseburgers and Salad

Air-fried cheeseburgers (4 oz each) and Romaine lettuce salad with red onion, red pepper, baby tomatoes, a few raspberries, Balsamic mayo (1/2 T mayo, 1/2 T Balsamic salad dressing). I actually ate four burgers (see photo below). This was a delicious meal!
