Oxtails from Costco, braised in the oven for three hours at 300F. Seasoned with salt, white pepper and dehydrated garlic granules. Oh my goodness, rich and delicious, fall off the bone tender, sticky with collagen, very satisfying.

Got home from shopping around 1 PM and couldn’t be bothered cooking or making a salad, so just threw some pre-cooked meat (bacon, Bavarian sausages, mild Italian sausage) into the microwave and shelled a couple of soft-boiled eggs. Definitely a carnivore meal and probably would work for BBBE, too.
