Stew made with leftover seasoned pork chops, mushrooms (on sale at Walmart), cooked spinach, baby tomatoes, homemade turkey “gravy.” Paired with Indigo Nili’s egg white crepes. Extremely filling. I have enough stew left in the pan for tomorrow… as well as a crepe, as I could only eat one of these.

Zucchini fritters fried in beef/bacon fat; Dr. Berry’s bacon chips; baby tomatoes. These fritters were really delicious and definitely crispier than my previous batch, but I’m still not quite there with the crispy factor. Maybe I’ll try the air fryer next. Reminder: I am on maintenance.
