Cauliflower/veggie rice with left over canned corned mutton and onions cooked in ghee. Also had the other half of my nectarine from the previous day. I rarely eat fruit, of course, but once in a blue moon I do have a little.

Beef patties with cheese and mustard; Romaine lettuce salad with cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, olives (dressed with olive oil, red wine vinegar, s&p).
Air-fried lamb sausages, beef patty with cheese and mustard; spinach salad with tomatoes, cucumber and red onion (dressed simply with olive oil, red wine vinegar, s&p). This was a delicious meal!
A delicious Greek salad with feta cheese and canned sardines! I really loved this meal! I used green olives because I like them better than black olives. I didn’t have any green peppers so I substituted yellow pepper; I think I would prefer red/orange/yellow peppers for this salad anyway. I didn’t have any mint, so…
