Snack-like Meal

I wasn't very hungry when I got home on this day. Decided to just have a snack plate, which included devilled ham, celery, a hard-boiled egg AND 1/2 a nectarine (8g carbs)... first fruit I'd eaten since Jan. 22, 2021. Later, I felt I was a little low on protein, so I had another egg and some macadamia nuts.
