Leftover Tofu, Eggs, Yam

Not pretty, but very tasty! Leftover tofu in peanut sauce sautéed in ghee with hard-boiled eggs and a small purple yam. Baby tomatoes added for colour and to get them used up. I'm on maintenance, hence the purple yam!
