Ground Pork Salad

This was a spur-of-the-moment salad! I had enough of my ground pork with sweet chili sauce left for a meal, but I also wanted a green salad, so I decided to combine them... and this was a real winner!

Note: I sometimes add cauliflower rice to my ground pork with sweet chili sauce, but these leftovers only had coleslaw added.
