Konja noodle spaghetti! One pound ground beef, 1 pint mushrooms, 1 shallot, ~1 tsp. Italian seasoning, spinach, baby tomatoes, beef bouillon cube, a few tablespoons Rao’s marinara sauce, 1 pkg. Konjac noodles (1 serving size). Delicious!
