Romaine Lettuce Salad with Canned Mackerel

Romaine lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, chopped kimchee (rinsed to reduce spiciness) and two cans of mackerel (one plain, one smoked). Curried Shrimp and Chicken

Curried shrimp with cauliflower rice, topped with chicken left over from making chicken stock. I spiced up the chicken with some garlic/ginger/chili paste since it’s kind of tasteless after making stock. Made a pretty good combo!
