Curried Seafood Stew and Asian Salad
Leftover Sweet & Spicy Asian Salad and homemade seafood stew. Made with frozen seafood medley from Walmart, coconut milk, homemade chicken broth (reduced considerably to intensify flavour), peppers, onion, shallot, baby tomatoes, canned Asian vegetables, locally-made curry powder mix and Aleppo chili pepper flakes. The seafood stew turned out great! So yummy!
