Konjac Noodles, Tuna and Eggs

Konjac noodles, Rio Mare tuna in olive oil, three boiled eggs, minced shallot (I prefer green onions, but I didn't have any), chili flakes. About 9 gm carbs. One of my favourite meals... and my first meal of 2023!
