Chicken curry with potatoes, carrots, onions and Glico curry seasoning. Today I added leftover Brussels sprouts to this meal.
My favourite English Banger Sausages from Save-on-Foods here in Vancouver with a medium potato and a few Brussels sprouts. I also added some butter and salt to the veggies. Simple and easy. This meal can be low-carb by replacing the potato with another vegetable or a side salad.
Today I had a really big salad with Romaine lettuce, red onion, sausages, eggs and cheddar cheese. I used my favourite salsa mayo!
Sometimes I forget how much I love a Romaine lettuce salad! This one has two diced English Banger Sausages and two ounces of shredded cheddar cheese, along with red onion and salsa mayo.

Air-fried four big honey-garlic sausages from Walmart. I ate them with a buttered medium potato. (Note: I only ate three of the sausages.)

Large steak (shown here cut into two pieces) and bagged coleslaw with homemade dressing (Ranch dressing, Balsamic vinegar, liquid stevia).
I warmed up some rotini noodles then added half a can of diced ham and two big handfuls of bagged coleslaw from Walmart. I dressed it only with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Very good!
