Turkey Pasta

Ground turkey "pasta" with mushrooms, shallot, spinach, baby tomatoes, beef bouillon cube, Rao's Marinara Sauce, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, Konjac fettuccini. The ground turkey is not as good as ground beef in this dish, but it needed using up.
