English Banger Sausages with Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage

Thus is a delicious low-carb meal. I made a double batch of low-carb German Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage which I paired with my favourite English Banger Sausages from Save-on-Foods in the Vancouver area.

Note: I made this recipe low carb by substituting allulose for the sugar. I used 2/3 of a cup of allulose for the double batch. It was plenty sweet enough, but not overly sweet. I also used two (Granny Smith) apples instead of four apples for the double batch. This was a lovely side dish.
