Huge Winter Salad

First winter salad of the season... even though it's not winter just yet!

This photo shows the salad undressed so you can see the individual ingredients. Once dressed everything will turn pink from the cooked red cabbage and the salsa mayo salad dressing.

Why do I categorize this as a winter salad? Just because of the sweet and sour red cabbage, which is a cooked vegetable. Also, steak is a hearty meat in a salad.

Note: I made the sweet and sour red cabbage low carb by substituting allulose for the sugar. I used 2/3 of a cup of allulose for a double batch. It was plenty sweet enough, but not overly sweet. I also used two (Granny Smith) apples instead of four apples for the double batch.
