Salad, Egg Bites and Bacon

Bratwurst and Sauerkraut

A delicious Instant Pot meal. Simple, quick and easy! Sauerkraut, onions, garlic, bay leaf, salt and pepper, a cup of water and chunks of sausage. Pressure cook for 15 minutes (add 10 minutes natural release). I used this recipe. Here’s another similar dish. Note: I used only 1/2 tsp of salt.
