Deli Ham and Egg Bites

An easy, light meal using Kirkland's Bacon and Cheese Egg Bites from Costco (heated in the air fryer) and Piller's Black Forest Ham slices. I added some leftover roasted parsnips (reheated in the air fryer) and some tomatoes. The parsnips are not super low carb, but they work for me as an occasional treat on maintenance.

This meal is not very high in protein, so a high-protein snack would be desirable at some point in the day.
