Air-fryer Chicken and Cauliflower Rice

Southwestern/Mexican cauliflower rice, air-fryer chicken legs. I’m not a huge chicken fan, but these were really juicy with lovely crispy skin, so I thoroughly enjoyed them! Remember, I am on maintenance, so I wasn’t worried about a few beans and kernels of corn in the cauliflower rice mix.

Beef Meat Bars, Cabbage and Bacon Rice
