Luncheon Meat, Oven-roasted Veggies
Oven-roasted vegetables and canned Tulip luncheon meat from Denmark (‘cuz I forgot to take meat out of the freezer). The vegetables were really delicious: radishes, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, yellow pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Beef meat bars (YUM!) and leftover cabbage “rice.” I find the beef meat bars way better than the chicken ones. These are made in the air fryer (doesn’t work in the oven) from medium/regular ground beef, not lean or extra lean. So tasty!
