Salad, Egg Bites and Bacon

A simple meal since the salad was made ahead. I heated the bacon and the bacon/cheese egg bites (Kirkland brand from Costco) in the air fryer. The salad looks kind of muddy in the photo as I mixed in some leftover sweet and sour red cabbage which always turns whatever it’s added to pink!
