Goat Meat Hash with a Fried Egg, Red Peppers and Dill Pickles
This meal contains half the amount of hash as yesterday's meal because I wasn't overly hungry, but I did want something fresh and a bit tangy, so I added the fresh red peppers and dill pickles. I also added an egg to increase the protein and add some creaminess to the hash (I ate the egg with the hash).
