Ground Pork, Veggies and Sweet Chili Sauce

Looking for a simple, quick, easy and delicious low-carb meal? I used a basic recipe that I found online (link below). I only had half a bag of coleslaw mix, so I added a package of frozen Asian cauliflower rice. I made my own sweet chili sauce from ingredients I had on hand. I also had some toasted sesame seeds on hand, which made a nice addition.
My sweet chili sauce: 2 T. regular soy sauce; 2 T. Steeves Sugar-Free, Maple-Taste Syrup; 1 T. Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce; 2-3 tsp. toasted sesame oil. Whisk together.
