A quick late lunch after shopping. Two store-bought meat-lovers mini quiches and a Love Good Fats bar.
Cabbage, two huge soft-boiled eggs, 50g Rio Mare tuna in olive oil with Italian Chilis, diced shallot, a few canned cod livers (canned cod livers taste almost exactly like tuna). Wow, this was so good!
Lamb roast, cabbage; two huge soft-boiled eggs and 80g Rio Mare tuna in olive oil with Italian chili (and added shallots). The egg/tuna mixture is really delicious!
Lamb, 4 scrambled eggs in butter, cabbage “noodles,” orange peppers. I couldn’t quite finish this, but I made a valiant effort.

Egg and bacon cups (I made them!), crispy bacon and sausages. Pure carnivore… followed by 2 squares of 85% chocolate (not shown).
Very simple! A plate of brisket and thick meaty gravy. Couldn’t quite eat it all. Delicious!
BBQ Ranch Salad Kit (on sale at Walmart) with eggs and feta cheese added. Nice… and a little spicy, to boot!
Leftover Shakshuka! I remembered to put feta cheese on it this time. If possible, it was even more delicious than yesterday! The flavours were more mellow and the feta added a lovely saltiness. I am stuffed!
