Ground turkey “pasta” with mushrooms, shallot, spinach, baby tomatoes, beef bouillon cube, Rao’s Marinara Sauce, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, Konjac fettuccini. The ground turkey is not as good as ground beef in this dish, but it needed using up.
Busy walking dogs and shopping, so decided just to fry up a big steak from Walmart which had been marked down considerably. I love a bargain!
Fridge cleanout time! Bacon, sausages, steamed egg custard, spinach with butter, cucumber, red pepper.
Cream of chicken soup. One can condensed organic cream of chicken soup (~20 gms carbs, so divide into 2 servings, if you’re in weight-loss mode; I’m in maintenance), Kirkwood canned chicken with liquid, 1/4 cup coconut beverage, two boiled eggs, spinach, 1/2 tsp. aleppo chili flakes. Very good and really filling!

Quick and simple lunch after running errands. Mild Italian sausages, bacon, steamed egg custard with soy sauce and sesame oil, baby tomatoes.
This was a delicious chicken Caesar salad at a restaurant chain called White Spot here in the Vancouver area. No croutons, no garlic bread, as you can see.
Smash burgers (similar to meat bars in that they are very crusty/crispy), kimchi, red pepper, cucumber.
Pesto Pasta: Konjac noodles, pesto, baby tomatoes, chili/garlic/ginger paste, 80g Bio Mare Tuna with Italian Chilis, canned cod livers (they taste like tuna), 2 soft-boiled eggs. Broccoli on the side. DELICIOUS!
