More “pasta” salad with Konjac noodles, eggs, tuna and green onion. Also had some beef finger meat as I noticed that I needed something else yesterday after the “pasta” salad.
Beef finger meat cooked in the Instant Pot. Melt in your mouth, fatty and delicious! Season before cooking or leave plain and season later. Put meat and 1 cup water into Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes, natural release for 15 minutes.
“Pasta” Salad: small can (52g) Rio Mare tuna in olive oil (local company), three soft-boiled eggs and 75g Konjac “pasta,” seasoned with salt, green onions and chili flakes. Very yummy!
