A 2-pack of ribeye steaks was on sale for $10 off today at Safeway! I cooked both of them when I got home. One for lunch and one for snacks… or for lunch tomorrow. The baby tomatoes and cucumber were just for show! LOL

Fresh mackerel fried in ghee; Greek salad with cucumber, tomato, red pepper, red onion, olives, feta goat cheese, olive oil, red wine vinegar. I could only eat one of the pieces of mackerel as it was very rich.
Ground turkey “pasta” using Konjac noodles. I added some sour cream, which really improved the taste. I’m not a turkey fan; not even sure why I bought it initially. I have two more packs in the freezer, so it may be dog food now! LOL
