Big Romaine salad with feta cheese and salsa/mayo with two chicken thighs on the side. I ate the chicken first, just to make sure I wasn’t too full to eat it, if I ate the salad first. Remember, protein and fat are a higher priority than veggies

Quick late lunch after walking the dogs and shopping. Marinated Asian chicken bites, sautéed with spinach and baby tomatoes, topped with chopped peanuts. Microwaved a package of frozen cheesy broccoli to have on the side.
Not a fan of skinless, boneless chicken breasts, but I needed to use up a couple, so I made air-fried Asian chicken bites. The cottage cheese (4% fat) is yummy with English Toffee Stevia and helps with some extra fat since chicken breasts are so lean.
