Shrimp coleslaw: ~3/4 pkg. of coleslaw mix, 2 green onions finely sliced, 1 pkg. cooked prawns, 1T mayo mixed with 1T seafood sauce, s&p, a sprinkle of sweetener (I used stevia). Mix well and taste for seasoning. This was absolutely delicious!
Sunflower Crisp Salad Kit (on sale at Walmart) with added diced deli meat, feta cheese and apple (I have added a tiny bit of fruit now and then on maintenance).
Lunch with friends at the Golden Parrots Pub. Barnyard Burger (beef patty, bacon, cheese, fried egg) and side salad. This was an excellent burger!
A clean-out-the-fridge scramble with cheesy Bratwurst sausages, kohlrabi “pasta,” baby tomatoes and duck eggs. Looks messy, but tasted wonderful!

Leftover salad with Asian Sesame Dressing, diced chicken breast, bacon, walnuts and <gasp!> apple. Fruit is a very rare treat for me on maintenance!

Huge Romaine lettuce salad with two poached, seasoned chicken breasts, bacon, red onion, baby tomatoes and homemade Asian Sesame Dressing. I was very low on salad veggies, but this limited-ingredient version worked just fine
