Leftover Shakshuka! I remembered to put feta cheese on it this time. If possible, it was even more delicious than yesterday! The flavours were more mellow and the feta added a lovely saltiness. I am stuffed!
Shakshuka! Delicious and very filling. And there are leftovers for tomorrow. However, I will need to add some protein today as three eggs are not enough for me. I forgot to add feta cheese, but will do that for tomorrow’s leftovers.

Brunch with friends! Pulled pork, bacon, poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce, veggies, mashed avocado. The carrots are a bit carby, of course, but remember that I’m on maintenance .
Another Konjac “pasta” salad with tuna, eggs, shallots, diced cucumber, salt and chili flakes. Also, beef finger meat, as the salad is too low in protein for me.
