Romaine lettuce “sandwiches” with deli meat, green onion, Havarti cheese, cucumber; baby tomatoes and peppers on the side. This was a different kind of meal for me. Loved it! More cheese than I usually eat, but a very nice treat.

Leftover Thai Style Chili Mango Salad Kit, homemade sausage patty (smashed), two scrambled duck eggs. The sausage seasoning is from Indigo Nili (I used 2T of the hot sauce).
Smashed beef burger (5.5 oz), fried mushrooms and tomatoes, mashed swede/rutabaga, homemade gravy, salt and pepper. This was so yummy! [This meal was filling, but low on protein for me, so I had some cottage cheese a couple hours later. I should have made two smash burgers.]
Thai Style Chilli Mango Salad Kit (on sale at Walmart), honey garlic sausage, ham. A pretty light lunch for me, so I’ll probably need to top up my protein and fat at some point, but satisfied for now.
