Salmon Pasta (Not Low Carb)

Two cans of Rio Mare salmon with green onions, mayo and macaroni pasta. This is not low carb, but it was my only meal of the day. Weight remains very stable at around 112 pounds.

I also made another version of this with Rio Mare tuna with chilis. Four of these small cans got me close to 48 grams of protein. With the 30 grams of protein in the collagen that I had in my morning coffee, that got me close to 80 grams of protein. I prefer to get ~100 grams of protein, so, if I need a snack at some point, it will be bacon, hard-boiled eggs, cheese or other protein that I have on hand. Also, the pasta would have had some protein, too (maybe 8 grams).

Another variation of this meal is to exchange one of the cans of Rio Mare tuna with two hard-boiled eggs. This will give you about the same amount of protein.
