One can condensed organic cream of chicken soup (~20 gms carbs, so divide into 2 servings, if you’re in weight-loss mode; I’m in maintenance), Kirkwood canned chicken with liquid, 1/4 cup coconut beverage, two boiled eggs, spinach, 1/2 tsp. aleppo chili flakes.
