Simple Meal or Filling Snack
Sometimes you're just not very hungry or sometimes you're hungry even though you've had your one-meal-a-day! Either way, a small meal or a substantive snack is quite all right! This is one of my favourites: Kirkland cheese and bacon egg bites from Costco and a few baby tomatoes with salt and pepper. Lots of flavour, good mouth feel, a satisfying amount of protein and fat, and some lovely freshness from the tomatoes. Salt and pepper raise the tomatoes to an even more delicious level. Eat every meal with intent and slowly savour every bite. We eat with all our senses, so don't forget texture, smell, and colour!
