“Everything” Salad Kit (on sale at Walmart). I threw away the mini-bagel croutons. I added two hard-boiled eggs, four slices of crispy bacon and seven thin slices of peppercorn salami. The salami made the salad a bit spicy, which was great. A delicious late lunch. I usually eat at noon, but it was about 2:15…
Buffalo Ranch Chopped Salad Kit (on sale at Walmart). I added green onions, baby tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs and bacon. A little spicy… and yummy!
Asian Salad Kit (on sale at Walmart) with added green onions. Also baby tomatoes and two big sausage patties. A really enjoyable meal!
Homemade no-bean chili out of the freezer topped with sour cream and green onions. A mini Diet Pepsi as a rare treat.
Sweet Kale Salad Kit (on sale at Walmart). For protein, I diced up and added one cheesy sausage and a whole chicken breast. Really nice!
Another quick and simple meal. I warmed up a couple of cheesy sausages and a chicken breast and added some cucumber and baby tomatoes. You don’t need to over think your meals!
Homemade Keto beef chili, beef burger, rotisserie chicken leg, baby tomatoes. Easy-peasey today, I just heated up the chili. I ate the burger and chicken cold, which I actually like!
I am on maintenance; I weigh 117 pounds. Today I chose to eat “off plan.” Costco beef hot dog (with bun, mustard, relish), Diet Pepsi, Costco rotisserie chicken leg. This will not send me into a tailspin or downward spiral. I will not eat more carbs today… and tomorrow I will be 100% “on plan”…
Fastest, easiest meal prep ever. A rotisserie chicken! Rotisserie chickens are often quite cheap as they are used as a loss leader at many stores, like Costco.
Keto chili with ground beef, onions, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, peppers, seasoning; prawn salad with Romaine lettuce, red pepper, green onions, seafood sauce/mayo, salt and pepper. Both were so good!
